All decoration items are on a rental basis and will be collected the next day from the same location.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll connect with you to collect your address and decoration preferences.

Tape will be used to fix balloons on the wall; it is usually safe, but we recommend avoiding freshly painted or delicate surfaces.

Kindly arrange a stool or ladder to help us reach the ceiling easily.

For same-day bookings, a surge charge may be applicable.

Please ensure easy access and a clear space at the decoration area before our team arrives.

Setting up decoration usually takes 60–90 minutes, depending on the design.

Any changes in timing or location should be informed at least a few hours in advance.

Please keep children and pets away during setup for safety.
